Ecker has traveled the world cooking, He worked for the Walt Disney Company in France, opening Euro Disney Back in 1992. After moving back to the US, he became a part of the Panama City Beach brewery scene before coming to Indiana. Ecker wanted his own restaurant where he could influence the food, style, and atmosphere. Rob takes care to use as many fresh and local ingredients including house made items like sausage and bacon.
All of our staff at RSBH is fully compensated for the part they play in our simple production of fine food, drink and Southern Hospitality. In lieu of accepting tips/gratuities, we will take these donations and deposit them into the State Bank of Lizton to be used for various community needs.
